On leaving BWIA in 1968 after securing four years in operations, with emphasis on reservations and ticketing, Mrs. Norville joined the world of travel agents, gaining much experience in management and leadership. In 1984, she established The Travel House and immediately developed a niche in the promotion of escorted tours and cruises and these became the hallmark of the Agency.

Mrs. Norville has served as President of both the local and Caribbean Association of Travel Agents.
In 1999, she founded the still vibrant Travel Circle, a travel and social club of The Travel House and on occasions served as President.
Now Executive Consultant to TTH, she remains proud of the motto: “for the personalized touch to all your travel”.
