Tuesday,
September 16th
Breakfast
at hotel. Drive to Mt.Scopus with a panoramic
view of the Old and New City of Jerusalem.
Continue to the Church of Ascension, Church of
Tear Drop. Proceed to the Garden of Gethesemane.
Continue to visit the House of Caiphas. Drive to
M.Zion and visit David’s Tomb and Upper Room
of the Last Supper. Proceed to the Calvary.
Service at the Garden Tomb at 3:00pm.

Wednesday,
September 17th
Breakfast
at hotel. Drive
to Yad Vashem – Holocoaust Memorial. Visit the
Model of Jerusalem from the 2nd Temple period
and the Shrine of the Book at the Israel
Museum. Continue to see the Menora at the
Knesset, Israel’s Parliament. Proceed to visit
Ein Karem.
In the afternoon drive to the Ella Valley
and return to Jerusalem.

and overnight at Ramat Rachel
Thursday,
September 18th
Breakfast
at hotel. Transfer to Mt.Zion. Enter the Old
City through Zion Gate and continue by foot
through the Jewish Quarter in the Old City.
Visit the Western Wall and see Bar Mitzva
ceremonies. Visit the Davids Center, continue
through the narrow streets of the Old City –
visit the Pool of Bethesda, ending with a visit
to the Jaffo Gate.
Return to hotel.
Dinner
and overnight at Ramat Rachel
Friday,
September 19th
Breakfast
at hotel. Drive through the Wilderness of Judea.
Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea via
Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls have been
found. Continue to Massada.
Ascend/descend by cable car. Visit the
ruins of this famous stronghold. Opportunity to
swim in the Dead Sea. Return to Jerusalem.

and overnight at Ramat Rachel
Saturday,
September 20th
Breakfast
at hotel. Depart Jerusalem – bypass Jericho,
drive through the Jordan Valley to Beit Alpha
– visit the mosaic floor. Enjoy the natural
warm sources in Gan Hashlosha – visit Yardenit
the Baptismal Site on the Jordan River – drive
along the shores of the Sea of
Galilee to the Royal Plaza Hotel,
Tiberias
Dinner
and overnight.
Sunday,
September 21st
Breakfast
at hotel. Boat trip on the Sea of Galilee to
Capernaum. Visit Capernaum, and continue to
Tabgha. Drive to Mt. of Beatitudes. Proceed
north – through the Hulla Valley to Banias
(Ceasarea Philippi) one of the sources of the
Jordan River. Drive on the Golan Height – via
Katzrin back to Tiberias.
Dinner
and overnight at Holiday Inn
Monday,
September 22nd
Breakfast
at hotel. Depart Tiberias and drive to visit
Cana of Galilee. Continue to Nazareth, and visit
the Church of Announciation. Drive through the Valley of Armageddon to Mount Carmel and
visit the cave of Elijah. Drive along the coast
to Ceasarea – visit the excavations and
amphitheatre of Roman period. Drive to Tel Aviv.
Dinner
and overnight at the Metropolitan Hotel.

September 23rd
Breakfast
at hotel. Day at leisure in Tel Aviv.

Wednesday,
September 24th
Breakfast
at hotel. Check out of hotel at 12:30pm and
transfer to the airport

departure back to London on BA 164 at 4:05pm.
